I was just talking to someone else on this forum about the Visume' at CareerSpear. It has really been a cool process for me. It did take a little time to build it but I have received great responses from the company that I am trying to get a job with. I am currently a clinical nurse in Nashville and I have been trying to break into the pharmaceutical sales market. The Visume helped me translate my successes and leadership into what they were really looking for. The main thing, it got me in the door. I would like to think that I closed it. Has anyone else built a Visume? If so, do you have any suggestions on what you highlighted and put in as your accomplishments.
