I have had a decent amount of experience, but have not kept a job for more than 6 months.

I am ready to settle into a job now, but my resume is working against me. Employers see me as a flake.

How can I make my resume work FOR me and not against me?

Your best bet is to use a functional format with your Summary of Qualifications at the top of the page. Target all of your skills to the position you are seeking. When you write your cover letter, be sure to tactfully address the issue of job-hopping and how you want to make a commitment to a company and grow professionally while helping the company meet it's goals.

Here is a link to information about a functional resume format:

I hope this helps.
