Like many people, I have been looking for a position for several months now after my husband relocated to a different city. In the past 7 years of my career, I have had 4 jobs mainly due to my husband's relocations. We are staying put here and there are no intentions of us ever relocation again. How does multiple employers in a relatively short time frame look to employers? Is there anything I can say on my cover letter/resume to explain? Thanks in advance for any help.

By today's standards, 4 jobs in 7 years is fairly common. Still, staying in your next job longer than 2 years may be advisable. As you stated in your original comment, job changes due primarily because of your husband's transfers AND the intentions of settling down where you now are cover the main bases. You summarized and disarmed the obvious questions of the employer. I recommend using the majority of your cover letter to talk about how you can serve the company.

Stay confident and good luck!
