Have quickly glanced over. Several things which were overlooked: *An objective statement clearly states the purpose of your resume. Example: "To obtain a challenging position as an administrative assistant in the financial services industry. *Breaking down more on the Summary statement. Add a couple of lines to the existing one. Example: "Resourceful planner/coordinator with extensive knowledge of inventory control and online inventory systems. Recognized by management for innovation and initiative in implementing IT techniques as well as interdepartmental communications and supervisory skills." *EMPLOYMENT HISTORY! Pour in some more facts. *EDUCATION. List your educational accomplishments! |

Take screen captures of your resume (concealing personal details, of course), save it in a free photo hosting site and link to it here. |

Resume builder is not a good solution here, it will make your administrative resume most common and it will never stand out against hundreds of other administrative resumes. You can try professional help of the sites who provide editing service. Some of them even provide free review service. |

You should really consider using a professional coaching service that focuses on resumes and interview skills. It's not that expensive, and it gives you a better chance at succeeding the first time. Normally, I don't pay for things unless I need them, and there are some places that are incredibly expensive. The Ladders charges you over $1,000! I would suggest something less expensive but probably even more effective given the personal service. I've heard about Status Next, and they seem to have the best bang for your buck. Good luck! |
