Just wondering if anyone sees any glaring issues that I've missed. =) This is my updated resume, after the old version failed on me hundreds of times. I'd like to get out of sales if I can, but at this point I'll take anything... SUMMARY: 16 years of customer service experience, holding all levels of responsibility from cashier to manager. 2 years of experience in an administrative support role with a leading state university. Exceptional project management skills, including successfully and consistently beating deadlines. Excellent business communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to exceed performance quotas and succeed both individually and as part of a team. Despite a slowly-dropping unemployment rate, it's still a fiercely competitive job market. Job-seekers need to use every advantage in selling themselves to prospective employers. A crisp, up-to-date resume is a best calling card. If the job search is not going well, it might be time to look at yours and "refresh" it. People nowadays are clever, they might as well knows how to do things appropriately.
