I was laid off from a job in June 2011, then in November started what was supposed to be a 2 year contract job. However, in February the job lost funding and I was let go, before I could really start work on the project. So, it looks like I have 2 options on my resume:
1) Don't list the job, and show an 8-month gap in employment.
2) List the job, doing my best to show an accomplishment when there wasn't any.

What do you think?

If you worked there, then you can include it on your resume.
