i am writing a resume for a job in a jewelry store doing repairs, and im stuck on whether or not i should include my jewelry teacher's education. i'm pretty sure the person looking at my resume would want to know that i learned from someone with experience, not from someone who only made jewelry from popsicle sticks and aluminum foil.

but i could be wrong?

thanks

Stephanie:

Of course you would want to include any relevant education, especially training that directly relates to the job for which you are applying. I am curious to know why you would question whether or not you should include it?

Best of luck to you!

I would list it and be specific about where you received your training. It is a definiate plus.
