I use a union label on my resume in stead listing the different companies that I worked with in the union. This is a constructions trade union and we can go from company to company as jobs are completed. I believe that I'm not getting hits on my resume because of the union label.

Then I would delete it and see what happens. Seem like society in general is taking a collective p*ss on Unions, which is sad.
