At various commands I have held different job titles or positions. When I write/type my resume, should I list the various job positions at each command and dates when I held that position or just when I was at the command and list my job positions into one job description.

For military experience, I've found it works best to group your skills; for example, under the heading of "Administration", list a few things you did in the administrative area (writing reports, drafting letters, etc). Listing 3 or 4 skill sets and what you did in those areas works well with resumes for transitioning military members.

Thank you. I used the indeed template so I broke down my various job titles from each command and listed a few things what I did or accomplished while in that position.

That should work just fine. You can also check online for functional resume samples; those work very well for military members.
