Is that still ok to have? Also my longest job was in banking over years 13 yrs, 1977 to 1990
If no gaps are frown upon, then I have to list them all. Last job in mortgage company, just lost 11/14/2011 and goes back to 1977. I know that makes me old, but how would I still show my skills and longevity with that one company and not appear to be over 50 yrs old?

I feel my days are limited and now more competitive. Age I feel is still important and being older my not be an asset. I did attend an over 40 workshop very positive things but again need the references and networking.
Thanks

I have to agree. Going back too far could date you. If you are going to be dismissed as being "overqualified", let that happen during the interview not at the resume stage.

A 2 page resume is fine. In today's job market, 3 and 4 page resumes are becoming common.
