Is that still ok to have? Also my longest job was in banking over years 13 yrs, 1977 to 1990
I feel my days are limited and now more competitive. Age I feel is still important and being older my not be an asset. I did attend an over 40 workshop very positive things but again need the references and networking.

If you are going to be dismissed as being "overqualified", let that happen during the interview not at the resume stage. A 2 page resume is fine. In today's job market, 3 and 4 page resumes are becoming common. |
