Ran across this article on your customer service. Keep up the good work!

"Receiving good customer service is certainly nice. It's even nicer when it's totally unexpected. Perhaps that's one of the secrets of great service!

I'm already a big fan of the service provided by indeed.com for job searches. You can target specific areas, companies, salary ranges, etc., and they do all the work of scouring the job boards, company sites, etc., to deliver appropriate matches. I have a few alerts that zero in pretty quickly on companies of interest."...

Here's a recent blog post from Indeed discussing the Holiday job market.

"Each year, the US holiday season is preceded by a boost in hiring among retailers and package shippers. Considering the changing state of the job market, we wondered how this year’s holiday hiring season compared to last year’s. "

From CanadianBusiness.com. Talks about Job Trends

"JOB TRENDS: In one good sign for the labor market, some companies are posting more ads seeking employees.

A Web site that aggregates online job ads across 12 major industries said help-wanted postings grew in January in half the fields it tracks, compared with a year ago.

Indeed.com began keeping records on job postings one year ago. January's gains were the strongest yet.

The company said the six industries with more job postings last month than in January 2009 were:

hospitality, up 45 percent

education, up 22 percent

— retail, up 16 percent

— real estate, up 14 percent

— manufacturing, up 4 percent

— media and newspapers, up 4 percent"
