You have to enjoy the hunt! Identifying the decision maker,,,Make a firm appointment....be prepared on the appointment...address all objections in the first few minutes of your call.

Follow the sales cycle

Opening stage
Questioning stage
Paraphrasing stage
Sales stage
Trial close-assume the sale...

So as you can see....there are more than 3 top traits/skills required to be successful..
