$65,000 a year is an average salary. And yes the pay depends on the company. You might find an AM making only $45,000 if his position doesn't have much responsibility or if he's at a small company. This position can be a starting point for other higher paying positions in the business world such as Director of Business Development which is a position that can pay six figures. I would recommend having at least a bachelor's degree (preferably in business). Although some MBA's may start out in a position like this one before moving up.
