Hi,

I have been in retail management for about 20 years and am trying to get out of the business through an accounting degree. I am willing to relocate and realize I will probably have to get a bachelor's eventually. Any thoughts on how to go about getting that first job with an associates? Or am i too old ot even consider a new career at this stage? Any feedback is appreciated.

David,
You are never too old to change careers or go back to school.

I would try to find a smaller private firm to get in the door as possibly entry level or assoicate. More than likely, you won't be making entry level pay due to your experience.
