Greetings

I was wondering if I will be able to recieve CPA certification with any bachelors degree. Or if I will, in addition to the multiple credit hours worth of accounting classes, need an actual ACCOUNTING degree.

Does anybody know? Thanks.

It depends on the state. Generally, you'll need 24 semester hours of accounting classes. Also, many states require a fifth year of college - bachelor's degree plus one year. In states that only require a bachelor's degree (certain paths in California for example), they may not be considered substantial equivalent to the five year states.
