Hard to find accounting Jobs

I have Associate Degree in Accounting. I finish my undergraduate BS degree in Accounting and Finance. I have 3.8 GPA. But I don't have any job experience related to my major field. I have applied for many entry level jobs through online. I don't know why no one is responding my application. When I call recruiting companies, they said me to apply for it online , which I did but no results. I am so frustrated of this situation. No one is even calling me for interview. As this is my first time searching career level jobs. i am confuse that i am doing anything wrong while filling my application online or is there any other best ways .. Any suggestion and advice regarding what should I do.. will really appreciate any help...
