Why is the word accountant used to describe data entry positions that require high school degrees? Maybe I think more highly of my chosen profession than I really should, but I was under the impression that accountants are not synonymous with data entry. I am seeing more and more jobs advertised that emphasize the source-document-to-software part of a job and then slap the title of accountant on it... Am I just bitter? |
