yes, the staff accountanis the one tha make all the work, the accountant only get pay for all the work that his staff made.

"Staff Accountant" is just more specific than "Accountant". A Staff accountant generally has about 2-5 years of experience.
An Entry level accnt - no experience but has a degree in Accounting.
A Cost accountant -- specifically does more cost accounting work.
A Senior Accountant - typically 5-7 plus years experience.
