Accounting Clerk looking for advancement to Buyer

I'm a federal government contractor working for the DOJ as an Accounting Clerk (2 years and 3 months) in the Houston area...they give us all the title of Accounting Clerk, but I actually work in the procurement department creating purchase orders. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. I also have a security clearance (you have to have one to get the job). Are there any recruiters and/or employees that know if their company is hiring for entry level procurement positions? I really would like to advance to a Buyer/Purchasing Agent position. Any help will be appreciated.
