The 3 traits you need to become an accounting clerk, is to be conservative in your dressing, simple when it comes to makeup, and low key personsality trait.

Microsoft Excel is used in almost every accounting office along with whatever in house program they use. As long as there willing to train you on the program and you know how the accounting procedure is followed through, your good to go.
