I have my associates and Bachelors in accounting but all my work experience is in the medical field and I am having an extemely hard time getting a job in my new career so I am looking for some advice or lead on how to get the working skills I need to get a job in the accouning field. where should I start I have tried everything I know but I just feel its more but I am not aware of it. I need some help!

you should Embellish on your resume. That's an effective way to obtain a job now. I'm not saying completely lie on your resume, but embellish the hell out of it. Are you the type to get walked on and cry that nothing is working, or are you the type to stop complaining and make it happen. someone else is going to do it if you don't!

Once I helped out a friend by showing her what I did at work, she then put that in in her resume under temp experience which no company name is listed.
