The person must like working with people because there is interaction on all levels. With their own group as well as with people in all the other departments from clerks to VP's as well as Vendors.

The person has to like variety in their job. This is not a routine job. Interruptions are constant and keeping track of more than one thing at a time is common. The ability to juggle and be flexible is very important.

The person must be able to stay calm under pressure. Deadlines are everywhere and must be met.
