I enjoy speaking with customers in resolving past due invoices by providing any and all details, researching payments, Proofs of Delivery, basically getting to the root of the issue that prevents them to pay. By providing accurate information this enlists their trust and creates a solid business relationship.

You constantly learning from each customer as each company has a different business model from one to the other such as government, educational, medical, manufacturing, service and banking corporations etc. No one
company is the same.

It is always a challenge to negotiate and collect past dues
creating a win-win.

What is dislike is repetitive accounting errors without proactive resolutions.

My last sentence should have read: What I dislike is repetitive
accounting errors without proactive resolutions.
