Your activity is scheduled in less than an hour you realize supplies are not available, what do you do?

Resident repeatedly ask the same question how do you answer each time?

Does anyone have any suggestions on types of facilities to apply for activites assistant jobs, I have been volunteering in an activities dept at an assisted living. Its a very rewarding field. Thanks so much!
