New mom needs work

Im Jess I'm 24 years old and a new mom of a 7 month old. I was let go last year when I was about 7 months pregnant.
I decided that it wasn't that bad to stay home during the rest of the pregnancy. Then after my little one (Kaytlynn) was 2 months old my boyfriend was laid off and we had no money comming in. So I started looking for work but their is nothing out here in Reno that fits my job skills. Ive applied to almost every job search but still nothing. I don't have the gas to drive around all day looking for work so im stuck searching the internet, it just doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere. I know this is a basic story, everyone right now is going through some rough times but Ive run out of ideas.
