I have been asked to send an email message on behalf of some people who does not grant me permissions to be a delegate. Thus the message will be coming from my email address and the recipients will not recognize my name. How would you suggest writing the email so the recipients will not ignore the email coming from my email address?

I would ask for temporary delegate permission first.

If that was not granted, I would make my subject lines something like "Delegates Meeting - Important Message from CEO John Smith", to catch the reader's eye.

Then, the first line in the body of my email would read "This email is sent on behalf of John Smith, CEO, XYZ Corp" in bold.

I would then type the message and sign it my name, "on behalf of" the name and contact information of the person(s) who asked me to send the email.
