I have been in school food service since 89 and am ready for a change the experience I have is cashier and retail. I would love to get into like the courthouse but have no experience. any suggestions?

First you need to go to the website for the Court Clerk, then look under Careers or Jobs. See what they have and what they require.

Darleen: I too was a food service worker myself for the first 6 years of my working life. While I was still in food service, I took some business courss and got my GED. I got tired of working the shifts and the depressing conditions in the the nurshing homes and I wanted out. In 1983, I went out to Los Angeles and go into the telemarketing field.

Check the county Civil Service office to she what they're testing for.
