Job Description:
The candidate for the Customer Concurrence Management position is preferred to have knowledge of TRACE, Netmart / PART, ACMS, TIRKS, ASR, LBI, SOTS or other telecom provisioning systems. The position is responsible for managing the Customer Concurrence Project Management team, with responsibility for the entire Tail Migration Access Maintenance process. This entails circuit opportunity analysis through the various Legacy applications/systems; direct external/internal customer contact for confirmation on the access maintenance initiative; and managing the entire process and functional team members for tasks involved. Those tasks include but not limited to: circuit opportunity analysis, circuit assignments, data scrub and fall-out analysis, customer identification and contact, customer escalations, site survey requests and hand-off packages to be worked by the Order/Production Management team. Reporting functions may also be required. Candidates will need to posses excellent communication skills, writing skills, organization skills, supervisory skills and project management skills across multiple functional teams. Candidate should also be very proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. The Tail Migration Program is a unit based production environment that will require the successful candidate to achieve monthly and year-end deliverables. Normal business hours will be 8:00AM-5:00PM ET (local time zone), but off hour support may be required on a limited basis, since migrations are generally performed after business hours during schedule customer maintenance windows.
