Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

This all depends on the area. In Los Angeles, a typical salary of a nursing home administrator should range from 85K to 125K per year (DOQ and Experience). There is no such thing as an "hourly pay" for a licensed administrator. You will likely not be able to attract any licensed administrator to a position with an "hourly pay." I hope this has helped.
