Varies. Most people will be in either the business/marketing field or social sciences. However your major does not necessarily determine the level of success you will achieve.

You don't major in anything.... If you can sell you will be kept in the position, if not you will be replaced. Business Administration if you plan to get into the management end.
However, you must have a retail sales background with plenty of street smarts to succeed.

5th consecutive year in admissions management... just telling it like it is.
