Try checking out this national annual career fair. I was able to secure my current job because of it. www.fairespedia.com/?s=nsbe&x=0&y=0 Best, |

U need to be an AeroSpace Engineer, graduated from an University that grade you well. Some Engineering schools give you bad grades thinking they graduate better engineers, but actually they graduate unemployable bad GPA engineers. If the engineer is no good shouldn't graduate and if he is good should have a 3.0 better GPA.

Julius you really should not discourage women from being engineers. Being an engineer does not depend on your gender. I've met plenty of outstanding female engineers who are motivated and dedicated and are capable to compete with the male engineers. Also you are correct when saying a 3.0 GPA is important but it isn't the only thing that employers look at. Experience and skill is also important. Experience in what internships you've performed. Skills in what tools you are proficient with such as programming languages, CAE software, and any type of group project skills such as management. |
