Pay Scales

Lynn in Muskegon, Michigan said: I have been working in a Medical Spa for 2 1/2 years, and still am being paid what I consider entry level wages. I am paid $10 per hour and get a service bonus of 6.25 for a 1/2 hour service and 12.50 for an hour service. It is time for my performance evaluation and I want to ask for a raise. I have researched the methods and wages in my area. I'd like to know how others in my position are paid, so I am armed with all the necessary info.

Sounds like you're getting paid better than me, I get minimum wage ($7.25) or commision (45% after backbar fees) whichever is greater, I barely make above $8 and hour when i average it out right now:( Not sure what other rates are
