Hi Jesse Primary objectie during the interview is to stay very focused on customer service and your willingness to deliver it at the highest level with emphasis always on resident and new customer satisfaction, also you may to to mention to your interviewr that you are interested in obtaining the Occupancy Specialist Certificate in the near future, if you do not already have it. Some employers will pay for the course and test which is only 2 to 3 days good luck |

Focus on your ability to multitask, your comfort level with interruptions and still being able to produce results and your great personality. Don't worry about "certifications" because in the world of multi-unit housing, leasing consultants are the bottom rung and certifications only matter when you want to move up. Go for certifications when you have done the job for more than a year and are looking for assistant roles. |
