Hello!

I am looking to become an Assistant Apartment Manager in order to save rent if I move to the SF bay area. If I do move I would be studying to get my M.A. I was hoping to see if anyone knew of any recent courses in the OC area that I could take in order to become an Assistant Apartment Manager.

Also looking at the National Apartment Association website I could not understand if the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) is necessary in order to become an Aparment Manager. Is it necessary? Or can you just take some courses and then look to gain experience? Thanks!
