Can a manager be sued because he is enforcing the owners discrimination policy? |

I was told a prospect was not suitable because of his disability. I asked the owner to tell him he was denied and he says he doesn't have time. Of course I could be less than honest, but I have morals. If it comes to a confrontation, it would be helpful to know if I could be sued for following his wishes.. Maybe I'm in the wrong business. |

I think you could be held accountable by the owner, I would tread lightly, you cannot deny anyone anywhere they want to live, disabled or not. |
