I am looking and looking for a professional leasing person for our new property. I have run ads explaining a minimum of three years experience and continue to get people from every field but condo leasing. Always with the promise of their ability to do the job. Anyone have any ideas?

thanks for your help

Have you compared your ad to others that are seeking the same sort of person? Or run your ad past others in your field for suggestions? Where are you posting your ads?

You're going to get everyone and his brother sending in resumes. That's just the nature of the economy. Can't blame people for trying.

But if your ad isn't attracting the right kind of people, then there's something wrong with your ad or where you are placing it. People are either not seeing the ad because it's not posted in the right place or people who are qualified are reading your ad and seeing you want someone different.
