Drug dealers, leaky roofs. And they bother me 24 hours
A day. I have never been paid any wage. I am

That because the owner is an attorney,

My guess you are living there for free. You are not the apartment manager. You are the caretaker. If there is an immediate problem, or emergency, you call the owner, and then he investigates.

My dad had an apartment house in Flint, MI back in the 60's and 70's. He had a female caretaker there. Same arrangement.

I doubt if you are doing any real maintenance. You are not really qualified to fix a leaky roof. As for dealing with drug dealers or marital problems, call the police and report it.
