Hi, its been a while. i moved, got a new property and owner. i will update my info soon. and so i did well i feel i moved up. but still wondering how much is too much for one person to handle. in your experiance as apartment managers how much would you take on?

One of the property managers for the investment group I work for manages 120 units over 2 properties. M-F 9-5. I personally work on a property of 32 units. I wouldn't want to manage much over 60 units, I think I'd get too frustrated.
