Interpersonal and relationship building skills. App support is about talking to people in other teams to get problems resolved and the better your relationship is with these teams the better you are at turning around problems quicker
Adapatability and being a fast-learner. App support is fast-moving and no two days are the same. You need to adapt to change and pick up new skills quickly
As homework, you can learn more about your client's business and your bosses responsibilities. As you climb the ladder, business not technical skills will be key
