I am a Certified Residential Appraiser and a member of the Appraisal Institute. I am interested in doing some review work and/or full appraisals. I am FHA approved and have taken many appraisal courses to better myself in this field.

I completed the NC Appaisal state exam in November of 2007 , and want to become active in real estate field. Either as a reviewer of working in the field (on-site. I acknowledge the economy has depressed the market but I'm willing to work as an intern just gain some knowledge--if need be.
