I am an armed officer for 5 years. Does anybody know the secret to getting a job at Picatinny Arsenal (Chenega Security)? I have applied 3 times with no response. Can anybody help??

Hey what armed security company do you work for? I am trying to become and armed guard but dont know which company is good. Looking at Dunbar right now. any info will help
