For a poisition of assistant brand manager,I have been asked:

In the past, when needing to make a difficult decision,what have you typically done? .
a) Asked the advice of co-worker,then made the decision.
b) Asked the advice of co-worker,then went with majority vote.
c) Asked the advice of an expert, then made the decision.

Q.2) what has caused you most problem when working with others in he past?
a)Pushing your ideas too quickly.
b)Relying on others too much to take care of details

What kind of problems you enjoy solving?
a) Problems where its difficult to define the issue.
b) Problems when the issues have been well defined, but finding the solution is dfficult.
