I feel the three traits or skills need are 1-=work ethic not just for yourself but others around you, example I would not ask
anyone not to do anything I would not do myself,that also means not miss work. 2- honesty form me and my co-workers.3
I feel when I go to a hotel, I expect friendly service,smiles
on the staff faces, make me feel welcome,Team work within
the hotel, not just onedepartment. Sandy
