StillLookingProperty Management in Phoenix, Arizona

Hello all,

I have been looking to get back into property management field for a couple months. I have previously worked at a brokerage managing their PM assets as a property manager for close to 2 yrs. Nowdays, I'm getting interviews but no luck with a job yet, how scarce is the job market and competition in Phoenix for salaried PM or Assistant PM w/commission opportunity positions?

I lived in Phoenix about a year ago and worked as an office manager for a property management company in Scottsdale. Property Management/Leasing is terrible right now. Businesses are just clearing out of buildings and commissions are a joke. I wish you good luck, but be aware of how the recession has hit the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
