It seems to be a growing trend in this country that Corporations do not inform you when you haven't been picked for a job! I cannot understand that. Unemployed & "Soon-to-Be" unemployed people can use this valuable information to efficiently move ahead in their job search. We shouldn't have to guess what your silence means. I feel that that any company that partakes in this behavior isn't a company worth working for. I kept my commitment by going to this interview punctually and I would have called or emailed them if I had to cancel. So, why can't they be just as courteous & professional?! My intention isn't to slander but to warn you that if you invest your time with Sur La Table, they will not return the professional courtesy. |
