Does anyone know what the requirements to be an Assistant Teacher or Teacher's Aide in New Jersey?

In NJ to be a substitute teacher you need 2 years worth of college credits and you need to be sponsored by a local school district. Then you need a background check, fingerprints and tuberculosis test. That's it.

I think for a Teacher Assistant you don't need any college credits. However, most community colleges offer courses for teaching assistants. I recommend them.
