the test you need to take is Assessment teacher-assistant Skills test. ( ATAS)(095) cost 35 dollars.

I will be taking NYSTCE ATAS Teachers Assistant Skills test in this month. Is there a class for preparation or someone ot help?

I did not get any help, I just practice what I learned in school, and I passed the test.

There is a test for October. I am not sure if it's too late to register.

Nassau Community College has a TA course. I know some teachers who started with this course. All the classes can be applied to your Associated degree, if you decide to persue.
