In 2007,after working as an ocassional per-diem substitute teacher, my license was revoked.How can I apply for another license in order to return to working as a substitute teacher?

In 2007, my per-diem substitute teacher's license was revoked, after working six years in the public school system. How can I regain my license in order to return to work as a substitute teacher in the state of New York?
