I apply but get no interviews. Truth be told, i am trying to break into the field.

I used to be the supervisor for a small cellphone store for 8 years and I bought all the cell phones and accessories for 10 locations. That is about the extent of my buying experience. But I always put 8 years assistant buying experience. Does that count?

How can I get into the field? I have a bachelors in management and business administration, but that's all.

Please help, any advice will help me. Lord knows I am tired of customer service jobs!!!!

Thanks...

btw, I worked the job, I reffered to earlier for 8 years and then the business closed because of major tax problems and then I worked for 18 months as a project coordinator until the project ended, and now I have been a home maker for 24 months, which makes my situation worse in my opinion. I really just want to work again. But my ideal job would be as an assistant buyer. I hope you understand...
