How many times can a manager change the pay plan? I feel i am being underpaid.

they can change it when ever they like , but they tend to leave out things like are you and a exempt or ono exempt employee. Well basically if your getting paid min wage you need to be paid for the over time your doing. Tell them your going to talk to the Labor board See if they start makeing changes. Make sure you keep account of all your hours and if you go to meetings after work and are not getting paid for them make sure you have proof of everything you do if they don't pay then don't stay.
